TEAM

Architect / Principal
Kirk Miller, AIA, NCARB

Kirk earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University (go Cowboys!) and a Master of Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

During his time in Buffalo, Kirk gained hands-on experience at CJS Architects and Watts Architecture & Engineering, where he contributed to a wide range of projects for clients such as the Buffalo Public Schools, Veterans Administration, New York Thruway Authority, and Niagara Falls State Park.

After deciding he’d had enough of Buffalo’s snow, Kirk traded his shovel for sunshine and moved to California, joining TPC Architects. There, he worked on a variety of projects including OSHPD clinic conversions, regional worship centers, and commercial developments.

In 2017, Kirk founded KM Architecture, where he continues to bring thoughtful design and practical creativity to every project.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Kirk traveling the world, spending time with his wife and two children, or—more often than not—chasing after one of the family’s chickens.

Designer / Project Coordinator
Stephanie Gamez

Stephanie was born in El Paso, Texas, and earned her degree in Interior Architecture from Sacramento State University. With a natural love for puzzles and mental challenges, she’s drawn to the intricacies of design, where creativity meets structure.

Her passion lies in repurposing spaces—breathing new life into old buildings rather than discarding them. To Stephanie, architecture is not just about constructing something new; it’s about reimagining what already exists and uncovering the potential within. She believes every space has a story, and she thrives on the opportunity to continue that story through thoughtful, sustainable design.

Outside of her professional aspirations, Stephanie enjoys baking and reading—activities that reflect her appreciation for detail, patience, and creativity. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her ultimate goal is to become a licensed architect, leading and designing her own projects that merge purpose with beauty.
